Firstly flowers didn't get delivered on the day I ordered it for. I was very disappointed because it was birthday flowers. Secondly completely different bunch of flowers compared what I ordered.

The biggest concern with ordering funeral flowers when you cant be there is 'I hope something turns up there in time'. My cousin posted photos of all the floral tributes so I not only knew my order got there but what it looked like, and it did look lovely. I wasn't quite expecting the pink flowers, more purple and white (from the picture) but it looked very full and substantial. Very happy
